This nurturing workshop is lovingly designed to help you slow down, reflect, and realign your energy through gentle movement, guided journaling, meditation, and discussion.
Together, we’ll explore how to set intentions that are authentic and sustainable—grounded in what truly supports you. You’ll learn practical tools for manifestation, focusing on how to direct your time and energy toward what fills your cup and nourishes your spirit and how to say “No” to what doesn't.
No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or journaling is needed—just bring an open heart and a desire to begin the season with clarity and calm.
You'll leave feeling centered, inspired, and ready to move into the holidays and new year with purpose and ease.
