In this workshop, we’ll gently move through restorative poses, allowing the body to release tension and settle into a state of profound ease. As you rest, Julie offers Reiki energy to support healing, enhancing your sense of safety and comfort.
Then, we’ll shift into a unique meditative chocolate-tasting ritual. Engaging with chocolate slowly and mindfully becomes an act of sensual presence and luxury—awakening joy, gratitude, and delight.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, restored, and glowing from the inside out. Each participant receives a handmade, all-natural cocoa lip balm to carry the sweetness of the practice home and is invited to enjoy our cozy hot-cocoa bar.
All chocolate provided. Please note: Chocolate is processed in a facility with soy and nuts.
Please bring:
• 1 mat
• 1 bolster
• 2-3 blankets
• 2 blocks
• 1 eye pillow
• 1 sandbag
